Communication Consent By submitting your information on our website and providing your phone number, you consent to being contacted by Pinnacle Research Group regarding clinical trial opportunities for which you may be eligible. A qualified member of our recruitment team may contact you to discuss available studies and may ask health-related questions to determine eligibility. If you choose to opt in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages regarding clinical trial opportunities, study-related updates, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies based on your engagement and study participation, typically 3–8 messages per month, but may be higher if you are actively communicating with our team. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to participate in a clinical trial.
Opt-Out and Re-Subscription You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Pinnacle Research Group unless you re-subscribe. If you wish to resume receiving SMS messages, you may reply “START” to a previous message or contact us directly for assistance. Please note that if you opt out of SMS communications, we will no longer be able to send appointment reminders, study-related updates, or other time-sensitive information by text message. When available, we may attempt to communicate through alternative methods such as phone or email; however, SMS-based communications will cease until you re-subscribe.
